Standard Warranty – 6 Months
All parts purchased from us include a 6‑month parts warranty at no additional cost. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or credit the part at our discretion.
Extended Warranty Options
For customers who want added peace of mind, we offer several extended warranty plans at an additional cost. These plans provide longer protection and greater value depending on your needs.
1‑Year Warranty
Extended coverage for customers who want a full year of protection on their part.
3‑Year Warranty
Ideal for long‑term vehicle owners or repair shops looking for added security and reliability.
5‑Year Warranty

Warranty Terms & Conditions
These Warranty Terms & Conditions apply to all new, remanufactured, and used engines, transmissions, axles, and transfer cases sold by Auto Parts Solutions. By purchasing a part from us, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Standard Warranty Coverage
All parts include a 6‑month parts‑only warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty begins on the original date of purchase.
2. Extended Warranty Options
Extended warranties of 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and lifetime coverage are available for an additional cost. Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of sale and apply only to the specific part listed on the invoice.
3. What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure of internal components under normal operating conditions
- Replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion
4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Labor costs, installation fees, towing, rental vehicles, or diagnostic charges
- Improper installation, incorrect fluids, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
- Damage caused by overheating, lack of lubrication, contamination, or abuse
- Parts used for racing, off‑road use, or commercial heavy‑duty applications unless approved in writing
- External accessories or components not sold with the part (sensors, wiring, gaskets, seals, etc.)
5. Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, all parts must be installed by a qualified technician. The following requirements apply:
- Proper fluids and filters must be used
- Cooling systems must be flushed before installation
- Transmission coolers must be cleaned or replaced
- Proof of installation and maintenance may be required for warranty claims
Failure to follow these requirements may void the warranty.
6. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Contact us immediately when an issue is discovered
- Provide the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Provide installation documentation and diagnostic details
- Allow reasonable time for inspection and evaluation
No warranty claim will be processed without proper documentation.
7. Warranty Limitations
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- Warranty is non‑transferable
- Warranty covers the part only, not any associated costs
- Replacement parts do not extend or restart the original warranty period
8. Liability Disclaimer
Auto Parts Solutions is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor charges, loss of income, or vehicle downtime. Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective part.
9. Return Policy
Returns may be accepted within a specified timeframe if the part is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. A restocking fee may apply. Electrical parts are typically non‑returnable. Contact us for return authorization before sending any part back.
10. Acceptance of Terms
